LEASE AND MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

If you have found our farming operation interesting and own farmland in East Central Illinois we offer many levels of services that can help make your farm more profitable while using sound conservation practices.

We would like to help you achieve the goals and objectives you have for your farm. We can also provide you with the level of service you need or desire from basic tenant to full manage service including paying bills and selling the crop.

At all levels of service we provide you at least quarterly reports (via internet or mail) about your farm with maps. The reports would be designed for you to give you exactly what information you need or desire. Many of the maps will be GPS based to achieve the greatest accuracy.

We use global information systems (GIS) on our own farms and would be part of the management program for your farm if desired.

This includes precise soil testing, fertility application, field scouting, and harvesting.

Our work with food corn can also give your farm an advantage by producing a value-added crop. We have 17 years experience in food corn production and can put that experience and management to work on your farm.
